The World Martial Arts Masterships Committee (WMC), a governing body for the World Martial Arts Masterships and the Masterships Movement, has been officially founded in 2016 with its headquarters in Cheongju City, Chungcheongbuk-
do Province, Republic of Korea.
WMC is based in Chungcheongbuk-do, Republic of Korea

Roles of the Executive Board (EB):
- To monitor following of Masterships Charter
- To approve internal governance regulations
- To set agenda and procedure for the General Meeting
- Submission of amendment of WMC Charter
- Submission of approval and withdrawal of WMC members to
- General Meeting
- Submission of approval and withdrawal of WMC members to
- General Meeting
- Submission of approval and withdrawal of official affiliate members and NMCs to General Meeting
- Decide approval and disapproval of affiliated and recognized organization members to General Meeting
- Selection of Masterships martial arts
- Selection of Masterships host city
- Submission of the matters regarding business planning, budget, auditing, result of the business, and settlement to General Meeting
- To deal with the urgent matters, and report important matters to the next General Meeting
- Administration of the matters authorized or decided in General Meeting
- Administration of any kind of business required to achieve the goals of World Martial Arts Masterships Committee
