Geoffrey is the CEO of IMSA and General  Secretary of AIOS (Association of International Organisations of sport).

He is also the General Secretary of the Mediterranean Chess Association (MCA) and Hon. president of the European Small Nations Chess Association (ESNA). Geoffrey has also in the past been FIDE CEO and President of the Malta Chess Federation for over 20 Years.

Geoffrey has a First Class Honours Degree i n Business Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Warwick School. He has Various Business School. He has Various Business interests, has been a director of several companies and has worked as a consultant for listed companies. He is also Hon. President of the Malta Assocation of Credit Management.
