- Promoting sports among workers and amateurs: CSIT aims to

amateurs in sports and physical activities. The organization
promotes the benefits of an active lifestyle and advocates for
the inclusion of workers and amateurs in sporting events and
competitions.
- International cooperation and friendship: CSIT strives to foster international cooperation and friendship among its member organizations and participants. The organization promotes cultural exchange, understanding, and solidarity through sports, aiming to create bonds and relationships across national and cultural boundaries.
- Advocacy for workers' rights in sports: CSIT is dedicated to advocating for the rights and interests of workers involved in
sports. It aims to ensure fair and equitable treatment of workers
in sports organizations, competitions, and
events, including issues related to employment, labor conditions, and worker protection. -
Organizing sporting events and competitions: CSIT organizes and supports a variety of sporting events and competitions at the international level. These events provide platforms for workers
and amateurs to showcase their skills, compete against each
other, and promote the values of fair play, inclusivity, and sportsmanship. CSIT is the founder of the CSIT World Sports Games (WSG) and develops the WSG to international amateur sports games in view of the dimension of the original International Workers' Olympiads. Thus they offer all non-professional athletes a sustainable and unique stage for competition in a spirit
of friendship and global citizenship.

The CSIT Election Congress will take place in Barcelona from 6 to 12 November 2023. At that meeting of all members and partners of CSIT, all official functions in the CSIT will be put up for tender and both the Presidency and the appointment of the important ExCom body of the CSIT will be up for election. The Congress and elections are scheduled for Friday in the Congress week. The day before the Congress, on Thursday, the public World Amateur Sports Forum & quot;Sport Impacts All" will take place. Topics and contents of the lecture and discussion forum will be discussed und published in the coming weeks.
